Refund Policy at Akshara Vaagdevi International School
Here are the terms and conditions of the refund policy.
- Fees once paid are refundable as per school policies, but they are not transferable.
- All refund requests must be submitted in writing by the student or parent, addressed to the Principal, either in person, by regular mail, or by email. The Principal of Akshara Vaagdevi International School shall acknowledge receipt of the request.
- All dues must be cleared for the withdrawal process to be completed.
- The fee refund will be based solely on the balance amount in the student’s account after deducting all applicable dues owed to the school. Concessions or discounts provided may not apply in the event of withdrawal.
- Any excess payment made due to technical reasons will be refunded only after due verification, within 30 days of receiving a written complaint from the parent.
- The refund will be made either electronically or physically and will be processed to the account from which the original transaction was made.
- Parents/students are responsible for paying payment gateway processing or convenience charges in addition to the fees or dues payable to the school.
- The applicable service tax rate, as notified by the Government from time to time, will also be added to the charges payable to the online payment gateway.
- The net amount refunded will be after deducting transaction processing charges paid to the online payment gateway. Interest is not payable on any fee refund.
- In case of any excess or duplicate payments, the student should first contact the school authorities.
- All fee refunds are subject to the school’s refund policy prevailing at the time the refund is requested.
- The school reserves the right to modify or amend the refund policy at any time by updating it on the official school website.
- All disputes are subject to the legal jurisdiction of Medchal District, Telangana, India.
